Senior consultant, award-winning journalist, and educator with over 20 years of experience in nonprofit and pioneering investigative journalism. Currently consulting with the Inter-American Development Bank's Innovation in Citizen Services Division, training journalists across the Americas to track public funds using OpenData. Also serves as Vice-President of América Transparente, an NGO that leverages technology to improve public information access, and as an Associate Professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, teaching open-source methods for investigative journalism.
