Gustavo is the Member Services Lead within Country and Local Programs at the Open Government Partnership (OGP). In this role, he oversees the development and implementation of OGP’s action framework, ensuring the delivery of effective, harmonized, clear, and user-friendly services and guidance for OGP members. He holds an MA in Conflict Resolution and International Mediation from Tufts University and a BA in Liberal Arts and International Politics from Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, Venezuela.
