Patricio is an Information Systems Engineer with more than 10 years of experience both in the private sector and NGOs. He is working as Technical Leader and Open Activist at the Open Knowledge Foundation. He has also been an activist of the open movement since a young age. He likes to collaborate with different communities to disseminate technical knowledge and participate as a speaker in events to spread the importance of more simple technologies. He loves programming and is always exploring new projects and tools.
